What a beautiful movie!
The Worst Film Ever
just watch it!
If you're interested in the topic at hand, you should just watch it and judge yourself because the reviews have gone very biased by people that didn't even watch it and just hate (or love) the creator. I liked it, it was well written, narrated, and directed and it was about a topic that interests me.
View MoreThe Love Boat:The Next Wave is a spin-off of one of the most popular shows that graced on television,The Love Boat.It stars Robert Urich, Phil Morris,Tim Maculan,Joan Severance,Corey Parker and Randy Vasquez. This time around,we get to witness newly divorced ex-Navy captain portrayed by Robert Urich,Captain Jim Kennedy, sail the Caribbean ocean liner known as the Sun Princess while the passengers get caught up in numerous romantic interludes or entanglements just like in the original.Unlike its parent show that lasted 10 years on the TV screen, the spin off never lasted more than two seasons. The reasons are evident especially after watching the episodes in it.First,we get to realize that it tried to live off on the elements of the parent show which unfortunately relied on lightweight stories and escapism. At the time this show was shown,it refused to update itself to cater the taste of the modern audience which made it to sink sooner before it made any waves.Second,it never had a star-studded guests unlike its parent show.In fact, the only thing that the spin off could be proud of is that they are able to hire the former cast of the original in different episodes. Finally, the dated show made a move to be shown on Friday nights during its second season which made it difficult to get good ratings or at least match the ratings it had during its first season.Nevertheless,it was a nice attempt to relive one of the most popular TV shows as it served as somehow a sequel to the parent show as we get fans get updated on what happened to Captain Merrill Stubing and company when most of the cast of the parent show made guest appearances.
View MoreThank you for using two songs performed by the great Dick Haymes for your episode about the 1940s and the Bermuda Triangle. I am a loyal and dedicated admirer of Mr. Haymes and it is nice to hear his voice as a wonderful accent to a television show that is so well done. Bravo!
