    An absolute waste of money

This is a small, humorous movie in some ways, but it has a huge heart. What a nice experience.

It’s fine. It's literally the definition of a fine movie. You’ve seen it before, you know every beat and outcome before the characters even do. Only question is how much escapism you’re looking for.

I remember I used to love this show as a kid. Every day I would come home from preschool and I would love this show. It's funny, beautifully animated, and is made for kids. It's not that Disney/Nickelodeon/Cartoon Network junk that's crude, unfunny, and teaches that rudeness is funny- Max and Ruby is a simple show for kids that is just so lovable. It's one of my all time favorite TV shows. 10/10. The best children's show ever made.I recommend this to any parent who wants a simple show that teaches good values. I need a few more lines, so I'm gonna say that this show is just perfect. Don't watch Disney, watch this. 10/10

Max is a spoiled three year old. You can tell he's not had a day of education in his life. He doesn't have the vocabulary of a 3 year old. He has a vocabulary of a ten month old. Ever notice how ten month olds tend to repeat one word over and over again? That's what Max does. I'm watching an episode right now where Max is tugging on Ruby's dress saying "SUPER BUNNY" then runs the other way, causing Ruby to almost knock over a box of shoes. If that were my child or my little brother doing that and I was in charge of watching him, he'd get his little ass BEAT. He'd also be put in time out and not allowed to see his superhero because he was misbehaving and being disobedient. He needs to learn a lesson. And in my house, the lesson included spanking, time out, and privileges taken away. And don't give me that "child abuse" crap. Spanking never hurt anyone. So, pick your jaw up off the floor because someone is brave enough to say something about spanking. That's what the kids needs. It'll straighten him up real quick.

this has got to be one of the worst shows out there.sure, it's sort of sweet, but ruby is so bossy and mean to max. she's constantly ruining his good time by telling him what to do. max only stands up for himself by doing seemingly naughty things. it's very frustrating that max only gets his point across using 1 word repeatedly throughout the show. max is supposed to be 3, however he has the vocabulary of a 1 1/2 year old.i also feel like the show is sexist in that the girls are too "girly" and the boys don't speak! for example it seems like all the girl characters only want to do super feminine activities. in general it's just annoying to sit through 20 minutes of this show. my 2 year old loves it, so i let her watch, but i generally don't let her watch shows with this little educational value.

My daughter loves this show, she laughs so hard when Max is on the TV. Some of you feel like kids aren't learning properly from this cartoon, like music and dance, but should your kids really be learning anything from a cartoon? I would much rather watch Max and Ruby than Dora and her whiny, scared voice all of the time. We grew up watching Tom and Jerry and the Flintstones and I can honestly say I have never chased a mouse around and tried to make a musical instrument out of his tail. If your children learn to hop on a bus and go shopping downtown from watching Max and Ruby, well, it really wouldn't be the cartoons fault, now would it? Lack of proper parenting would have to be to blame. So let your kids watch a nice little show and then go read them a book and teach them right and wrong. Dear God, please do not let cartoons teach your children their moral foundation! And lighten up, it's a cartoon, not everything has to be a learning experience! Max and Ruby have a great sibling relationship.
