    Absolutely Brilliant!

It is neither dumb nor smart enough to be fun, and spends way too much time with its boring human characters.

This show is seriously a sham. If you don't believe me, watch the "Lights in the Night" episode... the eyewitness (and I use that term loosely) was clearly speaking from a script, her delivery was hollow and inauthentic. There was no genuine emotion, just a recitation of lines. As for her haunted house story, it seems totally scripted and embellished. It honestly just seemed like I was watching a 30 minute B horror movie.

Critical thinking needed where child sick with cancer is being blamed for haunting. They are making a story from someone claiming a haunting said to be accomplished by a real person who is not in the room. Obviously a haunting by an invisible person could be blamed on any person say in the 16th century. Here they had the family memberremoved from the home and committed as a crazy person in a very disturbing manner. The child was hauled away screaming by men in white jackets because they believed he was the one in the room touching his sister when in fact there had been nobody in the room with the woman.Maybe it was a ghost! Much like the Salem witch trials. This story deserves criminal investigation if indeed it is true. Mental abuse should have been reported along with reporting the professionals who hauled the boy away screaming. Makes me diturbed for humanity who would believe this is possible and enjoy this. Also they moved into a house that had been a morgue. Their son was dying of cance. That is a sign of a sick mother who should be reported and watched. Maybe even committed So distespectful of her dying son. I hope someone can look into if in fact this did happen and report that mother. her.

I don't normally leave reviews, but I felt the need to for this show.I started recording this show on my DVR a few days ago. The "promo commercial" or whatever you call it, played the show up and made it sound really interesting. I wanted to check it out so I set it to record to watch it later. I've been watching it for the last several days and I had a passing notion that the show may not be showcasing legitimate stories, after the episode: "The Boy Did It & Frozen Forest." In that episode, the father goes in to speak to his son about whether or not he pushed his sister out of the window, the boy is supposedly under the covers and it turns out he's really under the bed. That tale comes from those short little horror stories you can Google or find on Pinterest, but I thought maybe this story (the one in the show) is where the short story came from. However, the moment I really realized this show was fake was when I was watching the episode: "Hazel & House of Sacrifice." There were three people telling the story and I recognized the young girl, "Hazel," who's now grown up. A few months or more back I watched a movie called "Avengers Grimm." It's a B movie about fairytale characters getting vengeance on Rumplestiltskin for ruining their happy endings and one of the main characters, Snow White, was played by a woman named Laura Parkinson (http://www.imdb.com/name/nm3034692/?ref_=nmmd_md_nm) and I realized they were the same person.I must admit to being irritated by the deception. I would have been perfectly okay with the stories being fabricated for entertainment value, but I personally don't appreciate being deceived by the title screen claiming that the stories are "based on" true events and that the "names have been changed to protect identities." The show is using the title sequence to sell the viewer a fake "true paranormal happenings" show, instead of being upfront and saying the stories are fictional. The stories are interesting, but they lose that interest the moment they begin lying to their viewers.

I just finished watching a show I recorded earlier this evening. The title was "Dead Ringer." I have DIRECTV so when I hit the info button, one of the bits of information I get is the original airing date of thst particular show. As I said, it was recorded earlier tonight, July 25, 2015. After watching the main part of the show a message came on the screen saying "Seven Years Later." Well the events of the show were from late September, 2008 making seven years later...September, 2015. Hmmmm.... but the show was originally broadcast for the first time in July, 2015...a full two months before the show had its ending. Take it for what it is worth.
