The movie's neither hopeful in contrived ways, nor hopeless in different contrived ways. Somehow it manages to be wonderful

Excellent characters with emotional depth. My wife, daughter and granddaughter all enjoyed it...and me, too! Very good movie! You won't be disappointed.

The movie really just wants to entertain people.

The storyline feels a little thin and moth-eaten in parts but this sequel is plenty of fun.

Noel's House Party was probably the best entertainment show of 1990's and hasn't been bettered since. The show ran from Autumn through to Spring and was full of just "FUN" from the Gotchas to the celebrity guests and of course who could forget the gunging.I still miss the show after 8 years of being off air and when I look at Saturday Night TV shows today, they are ALL reality shows such as "X Factor" and "Strictly Come Dancing" which I feel have been flogged to the death now and people take them far too seriously. With Noel's House Party you could sit down and have a good laugh without the need to phone in and vote like so many Saturday shows nowadays want you to do."Ant & Dec's Saturday Night Takeaway" has done a good job of recreating some of the entertainment from Noel's House Party but hasn't quite got the same atmosphere.

COME BACK NOEL!!!The one thing in this entire universe where I generally feel that something is missing on Saturday nights.......'Noels House Party'. WHAT a show!Noel Edmunds is a genius, he has the natural gift to entertain thousands of people. Since his departure from crinkly bottom, the likes of Mr Blobby has disappeared also! Where did he go?What really gets up my snout is things like Bob the bloody Builder, copying the Blobster with releasing a song, Nobody, I mean nobody was cooler than Mr blobby so trying to follow in his footsteps just ain't happening. Blobby was original, funny and cool!Noel really has made a good come back to our British screens with 'Deal or no Deal', but nothing compares to 'Noels house party'P.S As Noel Edmunds is tiny I think He was probably bullied into presenting 'Deal or no Deal' SOMEONE SHOULD SAVE HIM

I believe that this was the best Saturday night entertainment that the BBC has ever had, who cant forget the classic Gotchas that took place, mr blobby, SOFA SOCCER and many more amusing games and incidents but the best had to be NTV!! I think that the BBC should strongly consider bringing this show back the National Lottery Jet Set does nothing for anyone Aamon Holmes is a morning television presenter not Saturday night t.v!!! The New York special that Noel did was pure class! When people say the format didn't work it shocks me if the format didn't work then it wouldn't have got 15 million viewers every week and it wouldn't have lasted 8 years with many comic relief and children in need specials and also the afore mentioned New York special!

I still miss Noel's House Party. It is so sad to consider that it ended and that long after it ended, there is mostly tripe on Saturday evening television.Noel Edmonds had charisma and knew how to entertain his fans. I actually met the man in 1994 and spoke to him for a few moments-he was a genuinely nice man and charismatic even in real life.Noel's House Party was set in a fictitious village called Crinkley Bottom. There were celebrities galore doing all manner of silly things and generally making a fool of themselves. The show was non-stop fun for the entire fifty minutes. There was stuff such as Grab A Grand where celebrities in a machine tried to catch blowing money for charity and my favourite skit called Wait Till I Get You Home where young children told Noel Edmonds tales about their parents. And who can forget the lovable big fat Mr. Blobby?Noel's House Party was the perfect way to sit down on a Saturday evening after a hard week at work and just relax. Nowadays, you get all these pesky interactive shows where you can't sit and relax because the shows are constantly telling you to ring in with your views or to vote for something or other. Noel's House Party wasn't like that. It was entertainment, plain and simple.I do wish someone would bring back this fun show but I won't hold my breath.
