    Awesome Movie

    PiraBit

if their story seems completely bonkers, almost like a feverish work of fiction, you ain't heard nothing yet.

This is a small, humorous movie in some ways, but it has a huge heart. What a nice experience.

Contains SpoilersThis show I'm sure was from someone thinking about bullets being called "slugs" and figured "why not make them living slugs with different powers?" So we end up with Slugterra i thought this show was going to be awful the premise is so bad a 100 miles under the earths crust is a world with humans trolls mole people and others living not knowing of the "burning land" other than legends. Eli's father is the peace keeper of this place until he disappears and Eli replaces him some years later. The action is good the humor is not too bad the animation is very good for a TV show. This was made to sell toys it is so easy to see but instead of it being cheap and lazy writing they did a great job with what they had. The slugs when reaching 100 MPH transform into powerful versions of themselves able to freeze, burn, cut and many other things Out of all the things in the show that are so unbelievable i find it funny that the part that bothers me the most is if these slugs fall the transform. When i see this i think about how the terminal volatility of a slug shouldn't be 100 MPH. Yes out of all the crazy things in this show that is what bothers me.This show should be awful but with good writes, animators and actors this show is pretty good. I wouldn't recommend it to everyone but i would for many who are bored.

Original Score:3.5/4, Series: ***** (5/5), Quality: **** (4/5)Episodes Seen:40/40Slugterra, the world beneath our feet. Remind ourselves that this is a work of fiction, but a great television series it is nonetheless. I have seen this great television series that aired on my local Disney XD channel, and I found it to be superbly, harmlessly, and nearly universally entertaining. At the same time showing moral messages and positive role models to kids. I'll have you know that other Disney television series adaptations of well-known titles, such as Guardians of the Galaxy or Star Wars Rebels, all employ moral messages and tune down the level of violence to secure it's place as a show that is suitable for children to watch. This one is no exception. Meanwhile, I often hated it when fans complain that it is not well made. Is all of that way over the top violence that you are looking for that you will find entertaining? Yes to some, no to others. Me? I don't ever play any violent games anymore because of the harm that they can do to my relevance and thinking. Therefore, I prefer action that is not way over the top. For Slugterra and many of the other Disney television adaptations of the well-known titles, they have succeeded in tuning down the violence and explicit content to a level that is suitable for children and a certain audience, and even though I am a young adult when I wrote this, that includes me.The series follows Eli (Pronounced ee-lai) Shane, son of Will Shane. Who is one of the Shanes who are the protectors of Slugterra, the world beneath our feet. (Now remember that this is a work of fiction.)Will Shane was the rival and enemy of Dr. Thaddeus Blakk, owner of Blakk Industries and the main antagonist of the show. After the disappearance of his Father, Eli knows his destiny as the next Shane in line to protect Slugterra. The journey down to Slugterra is over one hundred miles below the surface of the Earth. Should he choose to go, it will be a one-way trip until he knows the secret of how to get back home. With his father's loyal slug companion: Burpy, and a letter from his father as his guides to the world of Slugterra, Eli sets out on a journey to Slugterra. Where it is his duty to keep the peace of that separate world. You know this show has a world of it's own, a world of magical critters called Slugs. They are creatures who are loyal companions to their owners, treat them well and they will treat their owners well in return. Each one has their own unique powers, first you choose your slug, then you sling it using a blaster. When it reaches a hundred miles an hour, it transforms. As we follow Eli Shane and the other members of the Shane Gang, they battle the diabolical Dr. Blakk and protect the peace of Slugterra. In every Episode of the series, there are well-organized plot points, well-developed characters, positive role models and positive messages and themes expressed. It is up to the viewer to interpret the messages expressed within, and being entertained at the same time. That is what good shows can do; entertain as well as providing food for thought for the viewer at the same time.A lot of good storytelling is there in the episodes of the series, and it never uses brief and slam bang comedy to keep us entertained but however chooses to utilize moderately paced storytelling techniques. Along with richly themed, smart and sometimes brilliantly humorous methods to tell it's captivating and exciting story. The writing of the series never shies away from using certain sentences that contain a hint of moral messages within. Pay attention to the themes or you might miss out certain things that you may learn from the show as it entertains you at the same time. This is one of the best kids television shows I have seen, it is recommended for audience members who are looking for moderate (but not explicit or way over the top) action and a family themed television series. Every episode of the series utilizes a different plot and some of them contains positive messages for children, pre-teens,teens or even adults. The first episode alone will have you thinking about the adventures that the Shane Gang will be having ahead of them and convince you to watch the series.

you know, I'm actually really surprised by this fantastic piece of awesomeness, when i first watched the pictures and trailers, i said: oh crap another stupid merchandising piece of crap, i never watched it until 2014 , i watched the first 5 episodes and wow, I'm really really fascinated by this, every thing is so well done, the characters, the plot, the action, the slugs are so nice and cute that will leave you cursing Pokemon for the rest of your life, the dump idea of shooting tiny creatures out of a pistol ( it was dump) is now one of the coolest aspects of this show, the protagonist of this show is a wonderful, adventurer and a noble teen that quickly became one of the nicest heroes of an animated show iv ever seen( and believe me: i watches a lot of cartoons),he is not like those dump, ---k heads of the year(I'm talking to you Ben 10). The setting of this show is really nice and theme is great: keeping your thoughts and beliefs and stay good in a foreign world is a great deal,( with the help of trustworthy friends off course) all in all, this is one of the best 3 adventure/hero TV shows to watch in 2014 besides MAX STEEL and TMNT 2012!!.

Slugterra is a wonderful show to watch, with a story that talks about a world beneath our feet. Amazing artwork detail and the story itself is adventures, that makes me remember Alice and wonderland. Each character in Slugterra has unique traits even the slugs, Slugterra combines and captures both science and magic. What I enjoy most is the gun shooting action, along with each different slug having a different ability. Never judge a book by it's cover, in this case never judge a slug by it's appearance. Slugterra is something both me and my sister enjoy very much, and hope to see more of in the future. I thank both the creators and actors/actress for making Slugterra Amazing, well that's all for now and remember to Slug It Out.
