This is one of the few movies I've ever seen where the whole audience broke into spontaneous, loud applause a third of the way in.
View MoreThis movie tries so hard to be funny, yet it falls flat every time. Just another example of recycled ideas repackaged with women in an attempt to appeal to a certain audience.
View MoreThere is, somehow, an interesting story here, as well as some good acting. There are also some good scenes

The incredible Dick Enberg was host. Everything Dthis Hall of Fame announcer said always sounded exciting. I remember seeing Yankees vs. Yankees. There was Mickey Mantle and Whitey Ford and I think Yogi Berra or Roger Maris competing against Tommy Henrich, Joe Dimaggio and Lefty Gomez ,if I'm not mistaken. To see these greats and others answering questions and being spontaneous showed their personalities. Great moments and clips(Louis-Schmelling fights, Jesse Owens, Eddie Arcaro, Babe Ruth, etc )introduced by Dick Enberg made this a unique and exciting show for a sports crazy and sports trivia fan like myself as a kid.
