So much average

Although I seem to have had higher expectations than I thought, the movie is super entertaining.

Story: It's very simple but honestly that is fine.

It's simply great fun, a winsome film and an occasionally over-the-top luxury fantasy that never flags.

I watched MOST, but not all SG1 with my kids, 13 and 11 (I watched first to make sure it's appropriate). SGU has not related to actions adult content and suggesting that sexual relations are more important than the work to be done. The characters don't answer their communication devices because they are involved in sex during work hours. There is no morale, no care for professional relations on the board. I went trough the first CD, in the middle of the second one to preview while my kids are out, and so far, almost all the scenes are in the darkness. Depressing music, depressing pictures. No funny characters, like O'Neill was. Instead, ever arguing youth trying to look smart. SGU is simply boring so far. I am not watching anymore. I will watch SG1 instead, again, then start Atlantis.

In this series, the best shooting techniques were intuitively intersected with the original story! Everything was here, intrigues, scandals, investigations, even the decision was applied, to hide everything that was stolen (expression). The series made me even think sometimes, but correctly, the heroes did! But, we do not seem to recognize this, it's a great pity!

Watched SGU for the first time and I loved it. The story line was unique an engaging. Wish there were more seasons.

This is more than a show. It shows us what we can able to find in universe in the future. So parallel with the current quantum laws and physics. Every science fiction fan and people interested in quantum should watch this show. It totally change my view of the world and the universe today. All characters has their own stories to tell. They are all so deep. This show makes you consider the facts that you firstly want to run away. The view of technology is so convenient. The ships name and the mission is far beyond sci-fi. Its about the ultimate questions that our species has to face at some point.Need to see the real end of this show. We need more seasons, please!
