There is just so much movie here. For some it may be too much. But in the same secretly sarcastic way most telemarketers say the phrase, the title of this one is particularly apt.

It's simply great fun, a winsome film and an occasionally over-the-top luxury fantasy that never flags.

Summary: It very well-styled and had an interesting plot. The characters are lovable, and their relationships is interesting. Hope to see a season two.

Never before have I watched an anime-let alone a show-with so much depth in emotion. It wasn't flashy or extravagant as the other anime I've seen, nor was it trying to be something it wasn't like most television, for the words in what the writer wanted to say was honest, plain, and beautiful in a way that captured my heart. There were times I felt everything Violet felt, such as the weight of this loneliness we all have in our hearts, anger that people ignore humanity in those whom have a hard time expressing feelings, joy and laughter that made my soul move in unexpected ways, and the tears that had been shed for her and the other characters in this show whom go through hard times. The story is about a girl searching for the feelings she can't say out loud. I connected very much with her because it's hard for me to understand emotions, and I want to even though I'm cold and logic based minded. The art is pretty and detailed, full of color and life that matches the lives of our dear characters in this story. Which is fleshed out and three dimensional. It's a subtle and quiet show, just like our protagonist, only the words they convey speak volumes in just a few sentences. I would recommend this to anyone whom wants to feel complex uncertainties in their lives, for it doesn't really try to be complex, it only wants to be a story that should be heard.

It's been a while since the last time I watched such a brilliant anime. Violet Evergarden is absolutely stunning. Its about a young girl that fought in battles and now works as a ghostwriter - "Auto Memories Dolls". She writes letters for people who can't express their feelings. The reason she works as a ghostwriter is because she wants to find out, what it means, when someone says "I love you"!
