Excellent, Without a doubt!!

It's funny watching the elements come together in this complicated scam. On one hand, the set-up isn't quite as complex as it seems, but there's an easy sense of fun in every exchange.

Easily the biggest piece of Right wing non sense propaganda I ever saw.

This is easily the best new comedy show on TV. I loved Two and a Half Men because of the innuendo and raunch but I really like this show because it's sweet, and gentle and too cute for words. Sheldon should get an Emmy for his role but for sure Annie Potts deserves one for her "Meemaw". The similarities between the mother and daughter acting team of Laurie Metcalf and Zoe Perry is amazing; I love them both in their distinctive roles. For you perpetual complainers about the lack of "quality" or "wholesomeness" or "family values" on TV should be happy but alas you continue to complain. Okay, complain already but do continue watching.

I never was a big fan of Big Bang theory show, I thought it perpetuates the same stereotypes about smart and geeky persons. But for me, this show is great. It has that human touch that Big Bang doesn't have. It has a certain familiar feeling and the humor is better.

Love it, except too many stereotypes of "typical Texas families". The writers must think Texas is nothing but overweight Southern Baptists, no blacks, no Latinos, no Hindis or Vietnamese.. The United States of Hollywoodland" needs to burst out of their bubble and go see the rest of the country. An ethnic Vietnamese Catholic who is clueless about his faith, is too much of a stretch for me. Tan replies to Sheldon's question about what Catholics believe in and he says, "...we pray to Jesus, and Mary, and the guy in Rome with the big pointy hat." Sheesh! It's like watching a 1970s disaster movie with senior military officers having their uncut hair trying to escape from under their their caps, looking like Qaddafi.As for scenes, Texas state and FM highway signs, and Louisiana state highway signs, rural scenery, and the NASA visit, in road trip episode scenes all make it look pretty realistic. I have to wonder if some of the episodes were shot on location although obviously the high school and the subdivision and Radio Shack were on a back lot.

Upon hearing about this series, I thought it would be awful, like most other spin off shows, and the Big Bang theory has been going downhill for ages BUT this was a lovely suprise, charming, quite funny and really enjoyable. Definitely worth a watch, and not to be prejudged!
