I think this is a new genre that they're all sort of working their way through it and haven't got all the kinks worked out yet but it's a genre that works for me.

hyped garbage

The story, direction, characters, and writing/dialogue is akin to taking a tranquilizer shot to the neck, but everything else was so well done.

One of the worst ways to make a cult movie is to set out to make a cult movie.

Deep and interesting. It's just so well made and perfectly paced.Such a great idea for sci-fi. I absolutely loved the film and am glad I found it. Watched it a few times now and it's one I'll go back to now and again.Indie science fiction brilliance and I always want to convince people to watch it

Enjoyable enough.A fairly pedestrian story which doesn't tax the brain in the slightest. I found I had no problem getting up and going off to get a drink or snack without hitting pause But as I started watching it occurred to me that it is a remake of sorts.http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0064519/?ref_=nv_sr_3

Spoiler alert.Nothing happens. The new earth has no baring on the entirety of the movie. Any other hokey plot device could have been used instead of trumping up a grand sci-fi spinner. The movie is not a science-fiction, future earth, or any of the things that it pretends to be.

This is a decent and boring drama. I found no sf elements, and one sexual affair is not romance. It is a predictable movie, sad and.. I didn;t like it because I had other expectations after what I read on IMDb. SF is actual action on another planet or space, not dreaming about what can happen there. If you search a sf movie, skip this.
