Let me be very fair here, this is not the best movie in my opinion. But, this movie is fun, it has purpose and is very enjoyable to watch.

Exactly the movie you think it is, but not the movie you want it to be.

The film may be flawed, but its message is not.

One of the most extraordinary films you will see this year. Take that as you want.

Frank loses his memory after being shot in small desert town in Texas. As he tries to retrace his steps and figure out his true identity, Frank believes he may be part of a plot to assassinate the president. Blind Horizon is a film that shows that Val Kilmer's and Neve Campbell's career has fall flat and star in whatever they find the film makes no sense most of the time and the acting is just alright not bad but alright there's also a hilarious moment where Neve Campbell asks Val Kilmer if he wants to drink something and she says water without him even responding i mean really? This is a straight to video mystery thriller that is disappointing and probably confusing and you can easily skip it.

I don't think I would have enjoyed this film as much if I hadn't been sick after 2 days of hard work with my performance troupe (long story!).I love Amy Smart & Neve Campbell. I once loved Val Kilmer (until I heard his band), but as an actor - I definitely respect him. He seems to have an addiction to these types of movies (De Ja Vu, Conspiracy, etc. - aka, Wannabe Psychological Thrillers). He should stop trying to be Bruce Willis and stick to character acting.Pros: Great scoring. Some good artistic shots of cigarette smoke. Cons: The storyline was very easy to predict. Camera angles & pans can be a little cheesy.

circa Missouri Breaks. I just love the work of Val Kilmer. Normally he is so great at elevating his material, to me his work in "Tombstone" was the number one case in point, but here he just seems to be messing with the role and probably confounding his costars and director. I'll bet you no one in this film from the talented Sam Shepard to the pretty good Neve Campbell to the deservedly up and coming Amy Smart ever want to work with the guy again. I'd love a chance to have a talk with the director and find out if my hunches are correct, but I will say that the director of this film should probably shoulder far less of the blame for the mess that it turned out to be than Mr. Kilmer. Granted the script was trying to go for a sort of "Memento" narrative and fails miserably, but I did watch the entire film. It kept me interested, but so darned weird. I would only recommend it for Val Kilmer's biggest fans. I hope the guy comes back to reality some day. He is so talented.

Has anyone else besides myself see a very close resemblance in the storyline as the Bourne Identity? This movie is about a man who gets amnesia right at the start of the movie. through clues and memory flashes he slowly starts remembering that hes an assassin. at the end of the movie he gives up his assassin life for a woman he met very briefly. although in Bourne supremacy the girl dies, you can still see some major overlapping. For the people who keep commenting that this movie was so predictable it's probably not from deja vu. I really do think those people predicted the storyline from previously watching Bourne Identity and not realizing why they can predict what will happen in this movie before it happens even though they've never seen this movie before.
