Brandon's friends take him on a cabin retreat for the weekend to help clear his mind after a recent suicide attempt. Unbeknownst to them, their trip may be cut short when a half-man, half-caterpillar humanoid formed from toxic waste begins picking off anyone in its path to build a flesh cocoon out of their body parts.
