Friday the 13th Part III: 3D is surprisingly a really good movie it is the campiest one, but is not a bad slasher, it is a great movie like I thought it was. It is one of my personal favorite horror movies. Richard Brooker R.I.P. is great as Jason Voorhees and he does his iconic hockey mask for the first time. It is in my Number 5 favorite films I love this film to death it has grove on me. 3D thing was a bad idea but is a classic sequel to me I have enjoy It. I become fan of this film. I love Chris Higgins (Dana Kimmell) to death and I love all the characters in this movie. The scene with Debbie (Tracie Savage) and Chris (Dana Kimmel) is memorable in the movie and a classic to me to see how they filmed in the 80's. That's is why I love this film so much and it is in my top 5 best "Friday the 13th films."This movie has one of the best kills. I love Chris Higgins (Dana Kimmell) to death and I love all the characters in this movie. The final showdown between the heroine--one Chris (Dana Kimmell) of the cutest and most likeable in the whole series--is oustanding. I love this film to death and I really miss movies like this. This film is my fifth favorite film and those 5 Friday the 13th films are top 5 best films I love to death and I will still watch them on Blu-ray discs.This movie is the most scariest of all of them. The first time I watch it as a kid I was scared to death of the film. The 3D effect was really a bad thing but the plot and the story was really good and I like the cast. This was the second sequel that it was directed by Steve Miner. I have fun with it and I have enjoy it I love this movie to death and it come closer to my heart. It is in fifth favorite Friday the 13th film sadly I have enjoyed the original more than this film that is why I put it in the fifth rank. Dana Kimmell as Chris Higgins the final girl and the heroine was a bad-ass and really beautiful and the cutest girl.The movie has also a biker gang in here in which Jason kills them one by one. Nick Savage was good as the leader Ali he was knocked by Jason, but on the end of the film he saved Chris from Jason, in which Jason cuts his hand. I love the boat scene on the end in which Pamela Voorhees attacks Chris and run her over the boat on the lake, that scene was fantastic. Yes it was similar scene from the first movie in which young Jason jumps over and run over Alice on the lake this is just the opposite of the film I loved that.I love also the actors beside Danna Kimmell and Richard Brooker in here that did really a well done job as the supporting cast: Catherine Parks, Larry Zerner they were great couple. Gloria Charles, Paul Kratka, Cheri Maugans, Rachel Howard, Kevin O'Brien and Nick Savage I love this cast in here. I love the atmosphere in this movie it is more windy and no it is not set in the summer it is set in autumn it feels more autumn time. Dana Kimmell is a tough sexy girl and she doesn't get scared of Jason she kicked his ass twice and I have enjoyed this movie I love it. The music score and 3D effect were a little cheese in my opinion but the movie surprisingly I loved it and it is a classic movie to me! Allan A. Apone did a great special make effects for Jason and I like some of the kills and the eyed balls also this movie does not have so much sex scenes .R.I.P. Richard Brooker, Gloria Charles, Steve Susskind, Perla Walter and David Wiley you are all missed. Score: 10/10 get's my score Bad-Ass Seal Of Approval it is my fifth favorite film in the franchise I love it to death. To me is a classic sequel I love the 80's horror movies and this one is really a suspenseful good movie.

Steve Miner continues to direct the Friday the 13th franchise and follows up with a box office hit Part II, which greatly surpassed his previous sequel Part II. Friday the 13th Part III sticks with the continuity of the first two films but also has to add the long unneeded setup that highlights the ending of the last film. Within ten to fifteen minutes of watching the new characters and hearing the dialogue, its obvious that the route the writers took was a more comic, campier style that wasn't present in Part II. The biggest problem however with Part III is the characters, the biker gang was really shoehorned for little reason but to die and there are a handful of annoying characters, especially David Katims's role. Friday the 13th Part III has some entertainment value to it, but when it boils down the quality there are definitely better options out there.

'Friday The 13th Part III (1982)' recycles the same plot seen in the prior two titles almost verbatim, except this time it's even less connected to the 'Camp Crystal Lake' mythos than before, with Jason just coincidentally coming across a bunch of holidaying teenagers and killing them all for no clear reason... in 3D. It is actually pretty boring for most of the run-time, which is dedicated to trying to make you care for the hilariously unlikable and underdeveloped characters - not to mention delivering an absurd amount of false jump scares. These false frights even continue when Jason - who is bigger in stature and generally more menacing, even if his movements are still a little oafish and his unmasked mug is hard to take seriously (it's certainly not scary, by any stretch) - starts his inevitable killing spree. This is actually allowed a little more breathing room here than in the second part but still doesn't reach the nastiness of the original, but luckily the final confrontation saves this piece from being a total waste of time as it's perhaps the best segment of all three films so far, with the central character actually using her wits and legitimate weaponry to damage her persistent pursuer a decent amount. It's genuinely tense and exciting, for the most part, and a great note on which to end. 5/10

Friday the 13th Part III was supposed to be the last of the series after the first two did surprisingly well. The formula changes slightly, moving from counselors to a group of friends relaxing for a weekend near Crystal Lake. No longer do we have to ask "Where are the children?" The movie starts with a recap from the previous film, which is all of the previous film you really need to know to enjoy the movie. It was intended to end the series, so it doesn't cliffhanger you to death. If I'm introducing someone to Friday the 13th, Part II or Part III are my go to flicks. Since it is the movie where Jason gets his iconic hockey mask, it is probably the best entry point for the franchise if you don't want to subject someone to all of the parts before it.
