It's not great by any means, but it's a pretty good movie that didn't leave me filled with regret for investing time in it.

This movie was so-so. It had it's moments, but wasn't the greatest.

After playing with our expectations, this turns out to be a very different sort of film.

The movie really just wants to entertain people.

Ice Age: Continental Drift seemed to be the last film in the franchise Ice Age, more then announced a fifth film, Ice Age: Continental Drift is the weakest of the 4 film, the story now has on the continents, their forming, is interesting, more the film has many problems, the mood is weaker, have less funny scenes, the villain of the film is weak, has a good voice work, good soundtrack, and some fun scenes, plus new characters are well without grace, grandmother Sid is the most annoying character of the Ice Age films, it is not funny, and the end I not enjoying it, I believe the Ice Age saga should have ended in the third, there would be a legal trilogy, most do what plus the film does not get to be bad, more that is less than the three first is. Note 6.6

I love this movie. It's so funny and entertaining. I love how the continents all drift apart. I love how in the trailer, Scrat is the one who made the continents split apart, and I love that because of that, that's how giraffes got their long necks, from being stretched.In this movie, Manny, Diego and Sid embark on yet another adventure after their continent is set adrift. It's really cool. They then use an iceberg as a ship, where they encounter many sea creatures and battle pirates as they explore this brave, new world. Overall, I give this movie a 9 out of 10, which in my ratings book is: Amazing.

I believe ice age 4 could have done so much better, The pros for this movie in my opinion are, Diego finally gets a love interest: thank goodness i loved Shira! an excellent new character, The comedy: i love Sid's grandmother she is one of the reasons i keep coming back to this movie, The cons however are what really ruins this movie for me, The villains: man oh man was this a total letdown really pirates?! it doesn't exactly fit with the ice age, Unnecessary characters: the teens and Louis are just some examples of unnecessary additions, and finally character roles: characters like Ellie, crash, Eddie, peaches and even Shira needed bigger roles, in my opinion the herd should have met Shira a different way, so overall it was good at times but lacked a bit hopefully ice age 5 won't suffer like this

Scrat is at it again. He falls to the center of the earth. As he chase the acorn, he starts rotating the core setting the continents to drift. Manny is overprotective of Peaches as she falls for Ethan. Sid's family accidentally runs into him and dumps Granny with him. Manny, Sid, Diego and Granny get separated from Ellie, Peaches, and Louis when the continents separate. Manny and the gang get captured by pirate Captain Gutt and his crew on his iceberg ship.Sure it doesn't make sense but I love the addition of the pirates. This is not a franchise that needs to be scientifically correct. The pirates are a fun added bonus in what could have been just another Ice Age road trip. It's like the cast of Ice Age gets thrown into a Pirates of the Caribbean movie. It's silly. It's rip roaring fun for the whole family.
