View MoreThis is a the ferocious tale of a vain real estate agent (played by Jonhathan Zaccai) living in a an upscale suburban neighborhood who experiences a painful mishap that will cause him to explore the depths of his own emptiness. A true initiatory journey that examines, among others, the theme of the meaning of life with a good dose of refreshing causticity.I enjoyed Je te survivrai a lot. It has a good sense of tempo, great lines, the two main characters and some of the supporting roles that are just too good to be true + a not so shallow standpoint on the meaning of life with a pinch of do-the-right-thing dilemma. A movie that makes you think about it long after the viewing. The characters study, especially the man and the old lady's ones, are fully and tremendously described. We can think of LA CAGE, back in the seventies, starring Lino Ventura and I don't remember who as the female co star...
