Little Red Riding Hood, named so because of the red riding hood she wears, loves her granny. She's asked by her kind mother to take a basket of cakes and jam to her ill grandmother, who lives at the other side of the big woods.

It's not great by any means, but it's a pretty good movie that didn't leave me filled with regret for investing time in it.

n my opinion it was a great movie with some interesting elements, even though having some plot holes and the ending probably was just too messy and crammed together, but still fun to watch and not your casual movie that is similar to all other ones.

The movie really just wants to entertain people.

Little Red Riding Hood was one of the Jatlag animations that I remember vividly from watching as a kid. And to this day I consider it one of their best. Animation-wise it is one of their best-looking, the character designs are swift and much more realistic-looking than Alice in Wonderland and the backgrounds are full of lovely colours. The music is catchy also, Made With Love is especially good but We're a Team comes very close. The story is always engaging with great positive messages of for example helping others(this was the animation also that taught me to beware of strangers, other than Disney's Snow White), and the writing doesn't give the impression that it was over-simplified. The characters right from the likable titular character, cute animals, the tender grandmother and the wolf while not really that scary is suitably mean. The voice acting is fine, far more consistent than for examples Alice in Wonderland and Sleeping Beauty. All in all, for me this is still one of Jetlag's best, cute, clever, lively and nicely animated. Not one of my absolute favourites, but definitely a standout in my re-visiting-low-budget-animation quest. 9/10 Bethany Cox
