Don't listen to the Hype. It's awful

When a movie has you begging for it to end not even half way through it's pure crap. We've all seen this movie and this characters millions of times, nothing new in it. Don't waste your time.

All of these films share one commonality, that being a kind of emotional center that humanizes a cast of monsters.

The film never slows down or bores, plunging from one harrowing sequence to the next.

People have gotten to used to blockbuster SF movies that they've forgotten what real Sci-Fi is. Isn't the true goal of SF to make you contemplate the meaning of life and where we - as humans - are going? If you're looking for big special effects and blue-screen action scenes, they're not here...For some reason, this movie makes me think of the 70s Andromeda Strain movie and The Foundation books. Slow, careful, and full of meanderings regarding future tech ideas and the social implications of those technologies... even if it has little to do with the main story.I enjoyed it immensely.

I like the idea, I like the script, but most visual effects are very poorly made I do not know who worked on VFX, but he does not have a sense of scale, that's why these spheres are such Blurry. but there are also scenes with very well made VFX. in general I liked this movie.

I was drawn in to the mystery and curiosity the film develops. It does it quite well with it's documentary style interviews. Some actors are better than others here, but nothing upsets the immersion and interest. The Beyond reveals the truth of events in a decent enough surprise. But then it adds another event which feels rather weak and tacked on. The whole film feels very dreamy and superficial at times, but hangs in there thanks to the documentary style which adds some reality aspects. It's not a bad film by all means, but it's build up peaks at delivering something with impact, depth and substance. Instead it goes on rather weak ideals and a suggested helping hand which could lead some viewers to feel rather disappointed.

I actually enjoyed this movie a lot more than I initially thought I would. I hadn't heard of it when I stumbled upon it and the reviews are, to say the least, mixed, so I was pleasantly surprised. If you're looking for fast-paced action and an unprobable, supernatural-esque plot this is NOT for you.However, if you, like me, like tech-y sci-fi movies with focus being on the science part, this IS for you. I mean, some of the science is... pretty out there, but it's still beliavable. Definitely watching again.
