This movie is the proof that the world is becoming a sick and dumb place

It's entirely possible that sending the audience out feeling lousy was intentional

There are better movies of two hours length. I loved the actress'performance.

As somebody who had not heard any of this before, it became a curious phenomenon to sit and watch a film and slowly have the realities begin to click into place.

This is the usual comedy by Vanzine\Parenti and the gang of C. De Sica, Boldi and co. But although there's no denying the stupidity of this film, trademark of these films, there's no denying either that this is heavenly comedy for fans of Italian soccer league.In fact, any fan would find this film hilarious and in some ironic way, truthful. Italy freezes on Sunday and nobody is your friend unless they are of the same soccer team on the same day.Okay, so maybe the Nino D'Angelo bit doesn't work out and there's no real chemistry between C. De Sica and Iachetti, but, apart from the Boldi\Mattiotti and the Abatantuono bit making up for it, but the sense and theme of the film is there.This is what all Vanzine\Parenti films should be like.WATCH FOR THE MOMENT - When Boldi drops the Water Closet on his car without intending to hit it.
