This is How Movies Should Be Made
Dreadfully Boring
There's a more than satisfactory amount of boom-boom in the movie's trim running time.
View MoreJust intense enough to provide a much-needed diversion, just lightweight enough to make you forget about it soon after it’s over. It’s not exactly “good,” per se, but it does what it sets out to do in terms of putting us on edge, which makes it … successful?
View MoreI love the first Torrente film but the follow up is awful. I have never seen such crap. I didn´t smile once, not once. I´ve seen the first film five times. Unbelievable how fast things can change. The first film is a gem, the new one is a bomb!
View MoreFirst one was much better, I had enjoyed it a lot. This one has not even produced a smile. The idea was showing how deep down can human kind fall, but in reference to the characters not the film-maker.
View MoreWell, first of all, to those who have seen "Torrente: El brazo tonto de la ley", I found this second part much, much better. It has many more gags, jokes and funny situations and it isn´t boring at any time. Santiago Segura has created again a box-office movie which will make you laught for about two hours. Gabino Diego has an incredible performance as Cuco, and Torrente is as "special" as always. He is as politically incorrect as he was in the first film, but fantastic. Hurray for Torrente!
View MoreThat's the best (I repeat it, the best). Santiago Segura brings us a beautiful sequel for the first Torrente... Funnier that the first part. I can't describe the pleasure of watching Torrente 2, because it's simply GREAT. Gabino Diego's performance is awesome. Really. Rating: 10/10
