Best movie ever!

Let me be very fair here, this is not the best movie in my opinion. But, this movie is fun, it has purpose and is very enjoyable to watch.

Rated G??!?????!!!!! And an evil man causes another person to fall into snake pit and never be seen again?? I'm lucky my kids didn't have bad dreams........... .... The puppies were cute........ .... The monkey annoying. The quality of filming was fine. I'm just upset that it was only rated G because my kids were scared and if I had known what it would be like, I don't have never gotten this movie for them. It was OK, overall, but I could have lived without it................My kids also found the Cobra part scary. Some parts were funny...Such as the camel spitting. The puppy dialog was often funny. The monkey was sometimes hard to understand.............................I don't think my kids followed that very well.

I found this movie very racist. I do not wish to raise my children with these stereotypes. I was very disappointed. I am glad I only paid $1.20 from redbox. Every middle eastern stereotype was hit upon in this children's' movie. Wow, how sad! I have to add more sentences it says in order to review this horrible horrible movie, so I guess I will ramble...don't rent Treasure Buddies. It is a bad movie and not good for anyone. Treasure Buddies NSFL! I think it is dumb that I need to type 10 lines to get my review posted.I am on my ninth line of idiocy.How about the tenth? !

I have never written a review of a movie before, but I'm thinking as I watch this with my son that they must have paid the writers $3 to write this. Horrid set, horrid acting (not the children,they are better then the adults!) and THE worst writing I have ever experienced for a Disney movie. I'm so disappointed. The repeated talking in 3rd person is annoying, and frankly, the persistent use of the word "dudes" is enough to make me angry. I really don't want my kids going around calling everyone 'dude'. Disney quality has really hit an all time low with this film. I'm all for family time, and enjoying movies together, but this is unreal. Save your money and time and find another movie to watch with your family. Based on this movie, I wouldn't waste my time with other similar films.

I agree with the post above, I am a fan of the previous buddies movie but this new 2012 one just doesn't cut it for me, The movie is terrible, the animation on the animals lips are really bad, and the verb-age used just does not seem to fit in place. I must admit I did like the story line, but other then that this movie is a disaster. Quite frankly I think Babe was better then this. No offence to the directors, but while watching this I felt like Kids had made this movie. This is defiantly not better then Snow puppies or the ones before it.So in summary Ill give it 2/10 stars.
