Six chefs and six life forms, each of them wonderful, and I want to eat a big meal. Food is a mixture of culture, geography, history, personal memory and artistic creativity. The tip of the tongue is hard to retain and unforgettable.

Netflix's first unscripted show: Full marks. Not only is it food porn, it's also a more poetic and beautiful way to show the story behind food. Romantic ep1 Italian chef, ep4 continuous struggle of Japanese female chef, or EP5 rooted in the cat village of the "big hidden in the city" chef, each person in addition to superb skills and more moving experience and worthy of respect.

The whole season on and off. It was amazing. Cooking tutorials, cooking competitions, food advertisements... There are so many great shows in so many genres, but there's only one great book about food makers. Under different masters, cooking is an artistic inspiration, a romantic contract, a gift and continuation of nature, an echo and innovation of tradition, and a self-expression against male dominance. Behind a thousand chefs, there are a thousand interpretations of food. We should not only see the exquisite dishes and mature techniques, but also see the stories, ideas and hopes of the creators behind the perfect works.

The chef in episode three is my favorite, because his cooking is the one I can't resist. The chef in the second episode is most honorable for thinking about the ecological cycle from the table. All six chefs are so different and yet so much the same: creativity, local ingredients and an inextricable connection to their homeland.
