Full of details and illusions, but down-to-earth, the family of four is careful, sensitive and thoughtful, and everyone is full. Conrad's perspective is wonderful. It really makes America feel like a Nordic film...

I love this set of delicate lines with exquisite shots

The details really hit me. The story is set in an ordinary middle-class New York family with the delicacy of a European director. Even the successful photographer, leaving countless photos and memories, the closest people never really understand her; "Louder than a bomb" can be explained with a short paragraph, the pain in adolescence will be infinitely amplified, no matter how weak the voice also rumble in the heart, every word others say is like a direct stab in the heart of the wound

It's exquisitely shot, but it's a stagnant story. I can get the weakness of losing loved ones, the kind of silent memory is more fierce than gunfire, but why do people always have to step into the river of the past...
