As a fan of 1 and 2, watching sequels with a reset timeline can be a bit of a hurdle, mainly because the characters don't match up with the ones I remember on screen. In addition, in order to have a lower rating, too much interest of the original R-rated film was removed, which made it a little juvenile.

It's back to the way of part 1 and part 2, with all kinds of classic scenes and less creativity. It's better than part 3 and part 4. The battles were so stereotypical that the characters didn't have time to talk to each other, and the terminator ended up feeling like Ultron in Avengers. The more I read, the more I miss the first two classics.

Please don't make a sequel. The second one will last a lifetime.
