    Wonderful character development!

    Micransix

    Crappy film

    BoardChiri

Bad Acting and worse Bad Screenplay

    Invaderbank

The film creates a perfect balance between action and depth of basic needs, in the midst of an infertile atmosphere.

Personally, I've loved everything I've seen about this show simply because it's appealed to me as I developed. However, I understand those of you who are frustrated with the show replacing the beloved CN classics. I'm here to share my opinion, so feel free to disagree.I started watching this show on CN when I was 7. I was immature and tended to romanticize about a lot. Thus, I loved the childish humor, seemingly random plot-line and strange characters implemented into the show at its early seasons. The show grew with me for some time, next to TAWoG and Regular Show. As I matured through middle-school, the show did too, with characters starting to develop and reveal past backgrounds and whatnot. It was fun following all of the trivia. The show has simply been my forty minutes of joy every-time it aired new episodes. I wanted to write this review initially as a personal thank you to the show. However, after reading some other reviews, I've seen that many people are frustrated about the show's undeserving popularity compared to the older CN shows they grew up with. I can't but agree, it feels painful to see all my childhood shows replaced with shows like Teen Titans GO! and Uncle Grandpa. Remember, however, that these shows, despite having lower ratings overall, appeal to children of the next generation. Those who are 7 now will most likely grow up with Teen Titans GO! and perhaps even treasure it as they're older. So, in conclusion, I want to say that I love this show because I grew up with it, it is part of the childhood of children in my generation. For those of you who didn't like it, I can understand you're annoyance at continuously being bothered by the man-children of the show's fan-base. Just remember, every generation hates the next trend they can't understand, just like how I can't understand the joy in watching TTG and Uncle Grandpa, and just like how you millennials can't understand that joy the iGens get out of watching Adventure Time. The rating I gave this reflects my opinion, I love Adventure Time, but you don't have too, let us all keep the golden memories we each have of CN. Peace.

Adventure Time is an amazing, whimsical and creative expression of art against the rigidity, dullness and impossibility of real life and society. It is a beautiful artistic imitation of life, bringing a form of fun and freedom to kids AND adults, of all ages!

When I first saw this show, I was unimpressed by the artwork and it seemed like a show for little kids so I didn't really pay it much attention. The times that my daughter watched it, I found myself getting sucked more and more into it. The characters really drew me in. I loved the crazy ice king and thought he was hilarious. Magic man was also funny because he was such a weird jerk with magical powers who at one point turned Finn into a foot. But in the end you find out that he lost his wife and went mad with grief and power. I also liked Princess bubblegum because she was not only a leader but a scientist. There is so much depth to each character and even the ones I started out hating I grew to like and appreciate.

Adventure Time is colourful, fun, wacky as sh##, hilarious and full of sexual subtexts. This is easily one of Cartoon Network's best works to come in recent years; and just like Steven Universe it has lots in store not just for kids but adults as well. The characters and story-lines are so far and wide yet perfect for such an outlandish world like Adventure Time's.As a fan of animation, Adventure Time obviously lacks some things other shows may have (such as animated nostrils on human[-like] characters), but I can forgive it for creating such memorable stories and characters that stick with you after you've watched just a single episode of the show, and that's what good television is supposed to do for the viewer: leave you wanting more and being absolutely-satisfied.
