It’s an especially fun movie from a director and cast who are clearly having a good time allowing themselves to let loose.

Story: It's very simple but honestly that is fine.

Loved this show as an eight year old! The Teen Angels were cartoons version of Charlie's Angels, while Captain Caveman was an amp up version of Huck Hound. Watching Captain Caveman with my sister on Saturday morning while eating Count Chochula was pure bliss form me. The ugh me break this lines by Captain Caveman along with goofiness destruction made me piss my pants laughter, and have bad ideas for recess. So cheesy and bad Captain Caveman actually worked. Six out of ten stars.

Of course this Hanna-Barbera show was modeled off Charlie's Angels and their own two properties: Scooby-Doo (which Cavey and the Angels appeared with the cowardly Great Dane on Laff-O-Lympics) and The Flintstones (hich Cavey would appear with later in the 80's after the Teen Angels went off the air). But as a kid, I used to have a crush on all three of the Angels and the slapstick comedy of Cavey was humorous as well. In fact, the show is still good and entertaining, even though it's slightly modeled off the "Scooby-Doo meets Charlie's Angels" example. I'd still watch it today, as it airs periodically on Cartoon Network's offspring channel Boomerang.

When I was younger I used to love this cartoon, nearly more than Scooby-Doo mysteries. That's the thing about the seventies, they were doing a lot of shows with mysteries. Mel Blanc voices as a fluffy caveman thing who was found frozen in ice. He is now a constant hero companion to the Teen Angels, Brenda, Dee Dee and Taffy. Throughout the series they have many hilarious, and sometimes scary missions, or adventures. They involve robberies, ghosts and kidnaps. Every episode "Cavey" uses his fur of tolls or his mallet of gadgets to solve mysteries and catch the villains. At the time, this was quite an amusing and quite fun show to watch. It was number 90 on The 100 Greatest Cartoons. Good!

This show was obviously very much influenced by the legendary series "Charlie's Angels" as well as such shows as "Mr. Terrific and "Captain Nice". Unfortunately, that's all you can say about the show. This show had no memorable characters and they pretty much had no personality. This is a shame since it was produced by Hanna Barbera, which also produced the classic "Scooby Doo".
