A waste of 90 minutes of my life

In truth, there is barely enough story here to make a film.

The movie is made so realistic it has a lot of that WoW feeling at the right moments and never tooo over the top. the suspense is done so well and the emotion is felt. Very well put together with the music and all.

Great story, amazing characters, superb action, enthralling cinematography. Yes, this is something I am glad I spent money on.

Not being a child for a long time, its been a while since i've seen a kids show thats noteworthy.Dead Gorgeous is one of these. A beautiful mix of comedy and drama, add a dash of romance, great actors and a well written script and you have the best ABC show since Silversun (2004).Even though its quite clearly targeted for the early teen female market, Dead Gorgeous is so well written that it can be enjoyed by people of all ages. It also has an originality thats refreshing in the age of vampires, vampires and more vampires. While the cast is 99% Australian (which is excellent being an Aussie myself) and all the actors do a fine job, the one Brit in the cast Poppy Lee Friar is a standout. Certainly one to look out for and she has shown some great versatility after seeing her in "Beautiful People". Alexandra Coppinger is a well deserved mention as well, in her TV debut.Definite one to recommend, and hope to see a DVD release and a season 2!!

I love this show. I've never heard of any of the actors, except Chris Milligan (neighbours). I am officially obsessed. It was filmed in Melbourne with Australian actors, but one - Poppy Lee Friar. An Australian-British teen drama with ghosts and supernatural abilities is definitely my cup of tea.I absolutely love this show. It has a great everything. I hope that they are making series two. I am getting Dead Gorgeous on DVD when it comes out.If you like girls that can fly and walk through walks, cute guys and queen bees, then this is the show for you. It's not stupid, nothing is overacted and the drama balances the comedy out with a touch of romance. It's my new favourite show.Watch it and see what you think.

I saw a commercial of Dead Gorgeous on ABC3 but I took no notice of it. I sat down one afternoon at the time it was on and watched it. It was the second episode. Floating books? Girls that could fly? My first impression was that it was another show of teenage witches, and then I realized they were ghosts. Wow. Never heard of that story line before. And I liked it.After watching the whole first season, I was so into it. I went on some ABC website where they had an article on Dead Gorgeous and it had over 40 comments on how great the show was.I thought it was great and that this show was on its way to stardom. Great cast. Unique plot. The cinematography was strange at first-the way they shot the characters straight in the face as if they were talking to the audience.Being a girl I love the drama and love triangles. The CG effects adds a nice touch to this wonderful new series.5 out of 5 stars.

A breath of fresh air. There are so many things a show can be about. Vampires. Werewolves. Witches. Secret agents. But ghosts? That's new.The acting's pretty good compared to all the other ABC children's series. The script's okay. Not boring. Keeps me watching.I have to admit, at first what kept me watching was Chris Milligan playing David. I saw him on Neighbours and I thought he was good...and cute.Dead Gorgeous is an Australian-UK production, so that is maybe why it is doing better than most Australian and UK series on ABC.Overall, it's refreshing and I'll definitely be on the lookout for season 2.
