    Too much of everything

Don't listen to the negative reviews

I like movies that are aware of what they are selling... without [any] greater aspirations than to make people laugh and that's it.

a film so unique, intoxicating and bizarre that it not only demands another viewing, but is also forgivable as a satirical comedy where the jokes eventually take the back seat.

I just spent my entire day watching this and could not stop thinking START TO FINISH how undeniably epic it really is. I really really loved the series SHIELD and I rate this AS good after Gang Related's first season. Before I watched the season I read that Fox had cancelled a season two and I was thinking there must be a reason... But there isn't. Watch it and you will see this is a series that needs a second series after being as good as it was in the first season.I must admit at the beginning I wasn't SO sure about this because RZA was in it, but you don't even realise it as you proceed through the series. There are literally so many moments when I literally clapped and shouted 'SO BOSS' or 'BOSS MODE OHHHHHH S***' which are similar reactions I only have in movies like Scarface or series' like Breaking Bad... (Spoiler : There is a scene where Javier Acosta just takes out the boss of the Metas and 2 of his men and I was just thinking Jesus Christ this is insane, Fox are truly massive massive idiots)I extremely recommend watching this although you may become upset as Fox cancelled a second season, which they are very very very stupid for doing.. I would literally pay to see a second season of this they simply cannot leave it where it is.Rating on IMDb - 10/10 Rating I think it deserves - At least an 8.8 - 9.0

It's a great show I recommend it has action, drama and it doesn't drag things too long like a lot of TV shows do with constant BS It talks about Ryan Lopez a cop in LA who works under his uncle( well basically like his uncle) to get information from the police gang task enforcers and he is constantly tied between his family and the gang I would give it 9 starts maybe even 10 I think they should definitely have another season don't listen to all the negative comments some people just can't appreciate a good show these definitely better than that reality TV garbage that they have on these days that's for sure.........................................

This show is so believable! You feel like your right there with them. It is one; if not THE BEST show I have seen on T.V. in many years. The actors are so believable, and most them are quite good-looking, which makes it even nicer to watch! I was sorry to see that Ryan's girlfriend was killed, she was such a good actress. But I do understand it and it was amazing production the way that she died. Every thing about this show is so down to earth! It is very impressive to be able to watch a show like Gang Related! PLEASE, don't take this off the air. It just needs to be advertised more. I had not heard about it until the 4th show, and I am HOOKED! Give others the opportunity to watch this amazing show, advertise it more!!

Based on some of the reviews here, I checked this show out. It is essentially a soap opera. And the writing is barely up to that level. The premise itself is preposterous, but much of today's TV and movies have the same issue. It's just that most try hard not to suck. The writing here is full of overused clichés and forced drama. The characters are horrific stereotypes, and the acting!!! GAH!!!! If one can call it that, the acting makes you cry it is so bad. It hurts your soul. None of us mortals will ever know why the fantastic Terry O'Quinn signed on to this slow moving train wreck. You can see the tears he is fighting back as he delivers one bad line after another. One can only hope that he sees the error of his ways, and demands that the character kill himself.
