This show has to be the best show in Disney as well as the funniest. From Season 1 to Season 4 every episode is filled with original humour throughout. It not only makes myself laugh but also my parents and my little siblings, showing that the whole family can watch it. The acting in the show is also excellent unlike other Disney shows where its too vague. Furthermore, the story line in the show makes sense and gives a lesson at the end as well. Also the movies and special episodes it gives are fantastic its as if its already been in the cinema. Overall a fantastic family comedy for all ages that will without a doubt always make everyone love, one of Disney's best up there with other shows that are not in Disney such as Drake and Josh.

My son and I have watched this show together over the past four years and I am really sad that it has come to an end. I really like the character of Teddy but I feel that the other characters in this show are sufficiently developed that they could continue the series even though Teddy's character is off to college. They could always bring her back for specials, like Thanksgiving and Christmas episodes. This is one of the few shows for kids that the parents are not constantly playing "dumb." The kids are ornery (think Gabe) but not disrespectful to their parents like most shows are now days. I love the interactions between Mrs. Dabney and Gabe, as well as the rest of the family. Ivy and her family are also very unique and entertaining. I would hope that they will bring this show back as it's one of the few family shows that is worth while. It brings a good message to the viewer without being at all preachy. I will miss this show.

The writing quality in this show is unprecedented. I haven't seen a show this well written, since Friends. The story line is easy to follow, well written, and its hilarious. The cast and characters feel real, and come alive. Unlike all the other Disney TV shows, this one isn't about singers/dancers wanting to make it in the world. Its about a normal family, and their everyday experiences. The show follows Teddy, a teenager who is making video diaries for her little sister, Charlie. Bob Duncan, an exterminator, and his wife Amy, a nurse, have clashing personalities that complement the show. You also have the older brother, PJ who is hilariously dimwitted at times, and his younger brother Gabe, who is the token trouble maker. This is an excellent television show that can be watched over and over again. Its just an all around feel good show, that is fun for both parents and children!

Pretty much all of the Disney Channel shows are just crap. I watched this one and about 5 minutes into it my jaw was dropped. There were no wizards, pop stars with a double life, actors on a comedy show or anything else not normal. It's a normal family that can be related to. They aren't rich or live on the beach. They live in Colorado! The family includes: Teddy, the second oldest child who is intelligent and wants to give advice about growing up to her little sister Charlotte, or Charlie, who is an adorable baby who sometimes causes trouble, PJ is the oldest kid who is sweet but stupid, Gabe is the troublemaker who will do anything to go to SuperAdventureLand, the amusement park, Amy, the mom whose dream is to get on TV, be a model, or just be famous, and Bob, the dad who is fat and owns a place called Bob's Bugs Be Gone, a pest control place. Good job, Disney! Way to go and keep it up! I recommend this show to anyone, kid and adult alike.
