Intense, gripping, stylish and poignant
Excellent, a Must See
Very interesting film. Was caught on the premise when seeing the trailer but unsure as to what the outcome would be for the showing. As it turns out, it was a very good film.
View MoreExcellent and certainly provocative... If nothing else, the film is a real conversation starter.
View MoreThe show is bright, colorful, and fun. The characters are sweet even though they're monsters. They love to sing. My 2 year old son and 6 year old daughter can't get enough of it. It's roarsome! For all the complainers, boys voices change unpredictably. If a show wants a chance of staying on with the same voice, they use girls. MANY shows do this. Maybe criticize a kid show when its inappropriate or boring instead of getting offended by a cartoon about monsters inaccurate gender representation.
View MoreUpon seeing colorful ads of the show, I thought it was going to be interesting. I even thought the title character was cute. However some things are kinda disappointing. Yes, the show features adorable Halloween creatures. But I wonder why a lot of the boys are played by drag kings instead of child actors? How artificial and not genuine. Surely there are a million child actors out there auditioning, thus it wouldn't be so difficult to pick a few. The use of drag kings has certainly ruined characters like Rudolph the Red-Nosed Reindeer, and it certainly ruined this show. When will some studio people ever learn?Besides criticism, there are few positives I can name. The colorful CGI animation, brings back memories of vintage video games from the 1990s. I even go back to playing some online. Well, that's just about it in the good stuff.
