Cleveronix A different way of telling a story

Roy Hart If you're interested in the topic at hand, you should just watch it and judge yourself because the reviews have gone very biased by people that didn't even watch it and just hate (or love) the creator. I liked it, it was well written, narrated, and directed and it was about a topic that interests me.

Lidia Draper Great example of an old-fashioned, pure-at-heart escapist event movie that doesn't pretend to be anything that it's not and has boat loads of fun being its own ludicrous self.

htflfran It makes me happy and I realize it's not lethal weapon and nothing is blowing up but sometimes it's just chilling with my glass of whatever and wondering what my life would be if I was born in Southern California instead of Philly. And realize California can be just everyday like Philly. But again I enjoy and like this show.

redhousephotos After watching the first episode it seems like it's the same show as Jason Ritter's 'Kevin (Probably) Saves the World': A down-on-his-luck younger white guy with a good heart; an older black mentor; they both have twin sisters who bail them out; somewhat mystical; they hang out at food places; one tried suicide-the other, his sister thought he might.....etc.

whatithinkis But I couldn't find ANY other review reflecting my reaction to this work. I came back three times to try to get through episode 1. Three. Then I'd go look at the reviews again . . . and give it another try. W. T. F. ? This is awful. The lead is not interesting at all and his acting is also not good (backed off from some more emphatic versions of that statement). WHY is no one saying that?Sigh.This just sucks. It's slow. The direction is bad. The writing is bad. It's bad.
