Entertaining from beginning to end, it maintains the spirit of the franchise while establishing it's own seal with a fun cast

While it doesn't offer any answers, it both thrills and makes you think.

I love the Characters,the character development,the beautiful art for the background, the emotional moments,the fights, everything,also can't wait to watch the movie.

Too boring and overrated. I don't really see the appeal in this trash. Watched 20 episodes and don't want to ever watch this again.

I remember seeing parts of Steven Universe on Cartoon Network and thought it looked mediocre and lame. I used to mix this show up with Clarence. But whenever I went on youtube, I would always come across Steven Universe Analysis videos and see how much praise this one cartoon has. Now, in my era, the BIGGEST cartoons at the time were shows like Rugrats, Edd, Edd, Eddy, Looney Tunes, Tom and Jerry etc. So much more as well, but they are at the top of my head. When i I saw a youtuber put this show at the number best cartoon of all time, I was baffled. I could not believe it. I didn't see the appeal. Yes, it does look nice and colurful, but it thought to my self, 'it's just a cartoon'. WRONG! Never have I been so wrong. This is wayyyy more than a cartoon. This show actually has great, realistic characters who we can identify with, a suprisingly deep story and great visuals and animation. I cannot believe how good this show is. It is so good that I purchased a season. I have never brought a cartoon season before. I would either watch it on Netflix or Now TV. But I wanted to give money to the production company who made it as a way of saying thank you for making such a great show. I know that the show is still airing, but after watching the season 5 finale, I just wanted to write this. This show is actually better than most anime I have seen. Which is saying something. It is just amazinjg and I love it and will watch it again and again in the future. I cannot wait for future episodes. I 100% recommend watching this show, as you will not be dissapointed. P.S. I didn't want to talk too much in depth of the plot. I want you guys to go in not knowing what it is about. :)

This show "Steven universe" give a deeper meaning than other show because this had a world where gems and other stuff is the lead and also gives many plot twist. Go watch it, it's great. also Rose quartz is pink diamond and garnet is a fusion, pearl help pink to fake her death, jasper is corrupted, lapis leaves earth to hide, peridot is now a crystal gem
