Really Surprised!
The film never slows down or bores, plunging from one harrowing sequence to the next.

View MoreWHAT A GREAT CARTOON! I can truly understand why so many people never "got it" with Stickin' Around. They either didn't give the show much of a chance or (more likely) just couldn't allow their inner-kid to connect with the art form.OF COURSE it looks like it was drawn by 4-year olds. It's a show about how KIDS view their own worlds and those around them, not how adults portray the world of kids. As great as other 'kids cartoons' like the Peanuts were (and still are), none before Stickin' Around ever bothered trying to capture the crazy, disorganized, off the wall, erratic, and most times just down-right silly behavior and zany imaginations that most kids bask in on a daily basis. Bottom line: KIDS...ARE...SILLY. And this cartoon gets (got) that! I was 26 years old when I first saw this cartoon and I connected with it instantly! I read someone else's comparison to Fillmore (another great Saturday Morning cartoon - sadly taken off air, I guess because not enough kids' attentions spans were developed enough to follow a plot more in-depth than tripe the likes of Pokemon would allow. tisk, tisk, tisk...) I've always been a bit of an out-of-the box type of person to begin with, which I suppose is why I so instantly gravitated to this cartoon. I think I can safely say Stickin' Around is in my top 3 favorite Saturday Morning cartoons of all time. Yes, even better than Bugs Bunny and Road Runner (the original ones, not the poorly-drawn, poorly voiced and politically correct later iterations where Bugs is this nice little polite bunny who offends no one) Just my 2-cents
View MoreIf kids shows were actors, this show would be Johnny Depp. A cut above the rest. The jokes were crazy, fast paced, hilarious and frequent. The plots were imaginative and absurd. The haphazard, child-like style was masterfully used to further the feeling of unpredictability.I think this show is more enjoyable than Fairly Odd Parents, and on par with Fillmore, which is quite a statement.I watched it until I was 15 when it was canceled, and still thoroughly enjoyed it. Anyone younger who didn't like this show needs to loosen up.
View MoreI must say that i would rate this animated show 7/10. Very enjoyable. So, the characters look like they were drawn by a two year old, the point is that the comedy is hilarious. Nice use of colour to portray every day scenes. Any person can relate to the characters, and i think the voices are done excellently. I sure hope that they make another series. The characters themselves are very well made. I love he theme song too. The scenes are very realistic too. The school building looks like a real school unlike some animations like "The Simpsons". It follows the lives of a group of children and some adult humanoids. All in all i think it's a great filler of spare time that any network should have.
View MoreWow, I wish this show was still around - it entertained me, at least. I admit, the animation isn't that great, but those who view the show need to remember where this cartoon is coming from: the idea of kids illustrating their own fantasies - so why not have the stick figures? And the crazy swirls? And the dark clouds over people's heads to represent anger? It worked, it was true to how kids without great talent would probably draw. And the activities of the characters were very funny - I remember one episode where Bradley was supposed to be a superhero...but it wasn't working well. The storylines were true to kids fantasies, in my opinion. It was great fun while it lasted.
