The Worst Film Ever
Good start, but then it gets ruined
A Disappointing Continuation
The story, direction, characters, and writing/dialogue is akin to taking a tranquilizer shot to the neck, but everything else was so well done.
View MoreINSPECTRES is an obvious attempt to make a GHOSTBUSTERS-style comedy horror movie, albeit one on an indie budget. Thus the low budget nature of the production means that there are very few if any special effects of note and instead this plays out as a character comedy for the most part. Unfortunately the poor technical qualities make this something of a chore to watch, with loud, intrusive music drowning out the dialogue and making the whole thing hard work. At least the actors try hard to raise a smile.

Instead of the usual predictable nature of most movies, it was obvious that an attempt was made to involve the viewer and then subtly change what would have been an obvious outcome into something much more enjoyable. Some of the characters such as the 10 year customer were very likable and seemed like they were real people who might really have the problems handled by the InSpectres in real life. The movie will definitely appeal to those looking for a family oriented comedy with a sense of adventure.
