Waste of time

It's not great by any means, but it's a pretty good movie that didn't leave me filled with regret for investing time in it.

Excellent and certainly provocative... If nothing else, the film is a real conversation starter.

An old-fashioned movie made with new-fashioned finesse.

That was an exciting movie. i never bored when i watch. This was an incredible action movie. There was a lot of thrilling scenes. And i observe a point. Hitchcock's movie in generally in single location but this movie have a lot of places. Especially, that helicopter or whatever, that scenes was just awesome. We can see again with this movie, Hitchcock is one of the best director. Fortunately, i am younger than him so i can watch his movies. Thank God! i love this century.

Why do old movies need to be automatically classic just because they are old? This movie is horrible...period. The acting is bad...the story is unbelievable, in the literal sense...the production value weak. Hitchcock and Grant are given much too much credit...both are sub-par entertainers. A critics movie for sure and a waste of time for anyone under 50...

This one is, in my opinion, the best film by Alfred Hitchcock. I just love the way it manages the suspense in the third act; constants goosebumps

It isn't Hitchcock's best, but it might be his most purely entertaining. A mystery / adventure / comedy romp, it's just like Hermann's score for it: gigantic, tasteful, heart-pounding, and sexy. Grant proves once again that simply no one has ever been better at the hilarious balance of oafishness and grace. Standout scene: the auction; the way it slowly reveals Grant's plan for being arrested is side-splittingly wonderful.
