if their story seems completely bonkers, almost like a feverish work of fiction, you ain't heard nothing yet.

One of the best movies of the year! Incredible from the beginning to the end.

A film of deceptively outspoken contemporary relevance, this is cinema at its most alert, alarming and alive.

I loved this movie and I watch it whenever it comes on. Personally I love the songs that are in it and its not some of the cheesy acting you can see it a lot of DCOM. Also I love the idea of a teenagers story becoming a book because I want to be a writer. (Not that I expect my journal to randomly get published or anything) The one thing that bugged me was that IS turned out to be meaner than I thought. But I can understand that because IS represented the meaner part of Jamie who wanted to be popular just like most teenagers do. But after I watched the movie I wanted to read the book, because one of my friends read it and loved it. I couldn't put the book down! The only thing was that the movie and book were completely different. Same basic concept but all the details were different. I think I liked the book better (which is saying a lot) only because I love books more than the movies anyway. (I also that in the OK, Jamie's sister was a major techno geek. Kind of saying that no one is who we think they are) In the book, I loved the Jamie actually helped a girl who hadn't always been very nice to her but came to her looking for serious advice.I still loved the movie because I think Kay Panabaker was very good at Jamie. You could really relate to what she was going through! And of course, Jason Dolley being in it wasn't horrible either.

I could relate to this movie. The actresses did a great job. Some people say it's unlikely a girl would write stuff in her journal like "With a flick of her finger, Is ZAPPED Myrna and her vicious clique into perpetual detention." 1) That would result in early conflict, thus, in early movie. TRUST ME ON THIS. Besides, how do you think writers write so you can feel your actually there, it's a real experience? They take they're own real life events and change it around. The reason it got an eight instead of a ten is because that scene in gym. She's writing on her tablet. Wouldn't a gym teacher punish her? They punish people for every other little offense, why not miss this one? This is an awesome movie, don't get me wrong, very nice.

After the Cheetah Girls 2 (1 was diabolical, no idea how we got a sequel!) i was losing faith that we would get another "High School Musical" at any time soon. But then, today a movie premiered on DisneyChannel UK that renewed my faith in Disney Channel movies.Although the end was somewhat predictable: the rest of the movie had enough to keep anyone interested. To be entirely fair: i only started watching it because i saw the video for Jordan Pruitt's "Outside looking In", and wanted to hear the song again, so watched the movie. But: if i came for the song, i stayed for the story, the characters and so much more.An ultimate show of the concept that absolute power can corrupt absolutely, in that however hard Jamie tried, she couldn't escape the pull on her that was in effect herself all along. The fact that the villain was her own subconscious made for an interesting plot, which wasn't just your standard tale of "good vs evil, evil quashes good for a while, good wins, the end". Although this is the vague pattern the plot took, there were enough twists and turns in between that it seemed like this was merely a starting point, and thus really didn't effect it as much as it obviously does to some Disney channel movies Very Very Impressed by Kay and Danielle's acting. I think the idea that they used these two sisters who are so close in real life was a great starting point, because it meant that Danielle already had a certain grasp over how Kay's mind worked, and thus it was easier for them to know how to influence each other without it seeming forced on screen.I have to say, although i only came for the song, i cannot wait to see it again. And once the DVD comes out, it will be in my collection!!

I felt like this movie was going to be great but it ended up being one of my least favorite movies ever shown on Disney! I do like the plot, but I didn't expect Is to take over Jamie's life and be evil! I'm a big fan of Danielle Panabaker and don't like to see her as an evil character when working with her sister! I also don't think she had a big enough part, and Kay had too big. I don't understand why they would have made this movie sound so perfect and turn out so not! I think that they should have not changed the actors, but maybe had a better script....I just really didn't like it that much at all!!!!!! It's just sad that Disney channel can make awesome TV shows that don't look good until you watch them, but make movies the complete opposite!!!!
