Really Surprised!

The plot isn't so bad, but the pace of storytelling is too slow which makes people bored. Certain moments are so obvious and unnecessary for the main plot. I would've fast-forwarded those moments if it was an online streaming. The ending looks like implying a sequel, not sure if this movie will get one

Close shines in drama with strong language, adult themes.

I think this is a new genre that they're all sort of working their way through it and haven't got all the kinks worked out yet but it's a genre that works for me.

"Robot Chicken DC Comics Special 3: Magical Friendship" is the 3rd and most recent entry to the series of "Robot Chicken" meets superheroes and it lets the first one look Oscar-worthy. the second was already pretty forgettable and so is this one here. The stories on the superheroes have gotten completely absurd by now, but not in a funny way, just a super-embarrassing way. If I was the copyright owner of these superhero characters, I'd certainly not give Seth Green permission anymore to use them. We will see if the Emmys are going to nominate or even awards this little 23-minute movie again like they did with the first two, but i hope not. They should not encourage Green to make further installments of this crappy series. Adam West, Weird Al, Alfred Molina and Jonathan Banks aren't cutting the cake either, sadly. Not recommended.
