Honestly, this is one of the movies I was most looking forward last year but didn't have time to watch it in the cinema recognizing that "Star Wars" isn't very popular in this place. Now, I understand why "The Last Jedi" is one of the most controversial of all series which has led to an internet war between SJW, fans, and critics. Some of them are trying to be a troll, to be nitpicking, make some jokes, even trying to send hate messages to the director. In a nutshell, the movie was bad, the fans were bad, the critics were bad, everything related to this movie was bad. But, I can't say that this is bad in all aspects. "The Last Jedi" has a bunch of importance which can be satisfying for this trilogy and the stories development which changed drastically from the director. Unlike "The Force Awakens," "The Last Jedi" shows something new which people cannot take it. It's just bad but there's a good aspect. After "Rogue One" became a tie between "Revenge of the Sith" and "A New Hope," "The Last Jedi" comes with a continuity from "The Force Awakens." First of all, "The Force Awakens" comes bringing a new phenomenon, introducing some new characters, a sense of nostalgia for the fans, and an anticipation of the great sequel. Yeah, some people didn't like it and vice versa. I've said that many times and it's been thousands of times. Similar to "The Force Awakens," "The Last Jedi" provided with a level of flat confidentiality so as to keep the spoilers from spreading everywhere. Not to mention, the death of Carrie Fisher as Princess Leia replied to the excitement of anticipation in this movie but gave a final tribute to the legendary famous actress for this trilogy. Now, is "The Last Jedi" able to satisfy their fans or does it invite lots of hatred and disappointment on reality and the internet?I thought about reviewing this movie that came out a year ago didn't add some of the suspicions because I thought everyone had watched this movie. Or even, it's not like that. So, I tried not to talk too much about this and didn't try too much to analyze everything related to the story. The story tells about the Resistance at the end of the abyss when the First Order is determined in terms of fleet numbers and manages to destroy half of the Republican. As a leader, Princess Leia had to be able to bring her troops back from the battle to prevent the loss of troopers even though there were some people who didn't agree to it if they withdrew: Poe Dameron and Finn. Rey, who had finally arrived at Luke Skywalker's hiding place after being betrayed by his student, begged Luke to return to the battlefield and train her to become a master Jedi but was rejected by the past who still haunted him.Speaking of the structure, the story moves like "The Empire Strikes Back" and "Return of the Jedi" which are almost similar but put together in this movie. The storytelling from the fifth series is so similar starting from Rey who practices to becoming a Jedi, Finn and Rose as a side plot while meeting a new character, and a final conclusion of the relationship between Rey and Kylo Ren. The relationship between Rey and Kylo Ren aren't like Luke and Darth Vader which brings up a mixed feeling in it. Kylo Ren, who in fact was just a human being, still had hope in his little heart while Rey was still overpowered without any reason and clear explanation. The most interesting part of this film actually lies in these two characters in determining the story for going forward but it doesn't seem memorable from what I expected. Snoke, who's like Darth Sidious, is a joke. He was only able to survive in one scene and just turned off without any clear explanation. It's just like that although my impression of this character might be similar to Darth Sidious. But in fact, it's not like that. The main plot of Rey and Kylo Ren's arc, in my opinion, is the most interesting and actually the most focused on this story. "The Last Jedi" focuses mostly on the subplot instead of the main plot, why I didn't find any clear reason, why Admiral Ackbar's character just turned off without an emotional nuance instead replaced with the deus ex machina without any background. The subplots for the Finn and Rose's arc are not like Han Solo and Princess Leia's arc which have so many complications and conflicts that we care about both characters. Finn and Rose are not so memorable because they don't have such an impression and Finn is still stuck with the monologue from the other characters. Rose is just an out of nowhere character because her role as a mechanic became a spy who infiltrated the Empire headquarters and a pretty quirky romance element that just came out. I guess the kiss between Luke and Leia is the most disgusting but I changed my opinion because of this movie."The Last Jedi" also doesn't show the main purpose or the story in this film. The story always runs in any intent direction and becomes mess up so that it seems complex and doesn't bring up its impression. It's like watching an anime which shows too much fanservice and filler, makes you annoying because of that. There is no explanation as to why it continues to run away from it, the deus ex machina that doesn't explain their plans, and everything feels a lifeless element without any development. In a nutshell, there is nothing you can do for this movie and I don't know what the cause is. In fact, I don't understand why many critics have watched this movie for the second time and their opinions about this film are changed. I also tried it but still haven't changed that opinion. In the end, there are three characters and the main points of this movie: Rey, Luke, and Kylo. The good part of this film, at least, I was able to bear it thanks to the CGI effects and the visual effects which were not too bad. The choreography feels minimalism but there are no exaggerated elements, no shaky cam, no jump cut, and good editing. But, wait. Let's talk about the humor in this movie. "The Last Jedi" is like a wannabe of Marvel's movies but Marvel movies can still make me laugh because of the wisecracking humor. This movie is always furthest, whether it's jokes are in serious circumstances, it even ruined every scene. When a scene feels serious and intense, the humor always comes just like that. It's just ruined those scenes. Sometimes, I just feel quite cringe because the jokes failed in executing it. The jokes from the previous movies are better than this movie, never more but at least could make me laugh because of the jokes. "The Last Jedi" is like a magic, just comes and always changes the rules including the Force."The Last Jedi" doesn't have any impression in several ways but at least John Williams' score still finds the lost mojo. He seemed to rehash the old themes from the previous score such as Leia's theme and Force theme. It brings out a quite emotional nostalgia effect in it. Apart from the script and the mess-up plot, the actors and the actresses gave their best performance. I still love Mark Hamill until now because he still has his passion. Carrie Fisher is pretty good at this movie, Adam Driver and Daisy Ridley are such a phenomenal performance. Don't forget the Porgs even though it cames as a fan service but this is the cutest thing I've ever seen. In the end, I could be able to appreciate a "short" of this movie in terms of its technical importance despite coming out of a sense of disappointment and frustration. "The Last Jedi" does offer something new but we only didn't take the new things. It's the same as "The Empire Strikes Back" or the whole prequel series which we first hated or liked it to be the opposite.

And we both hated it. I mean you have a white girl from the old country who is involved with the African-American guy but hats on the white dude on Skype. Why? just so Disney can push an agenda. Shaking my head. Nicole and me are NOT loving it. MAGA because of this premier Doug Ford will rule forever

This movie is an abomination of a star wars movie. It sucks from beginning to the sad end. It has no logic, poor writing, poor acting, bad jokes, politically correct. If you respect yourself and your time go watch the original trilogy. This is just a gigantic waste of time.
