This Movie Can Only Be Described With One Word.
The Worst Film Ever
Good start, but then it gets ruined
Great example of an old-fashioned, pure-at-heart escapist event movie that doesn't pretend to be anything that it's not and has boat loads of fun being its own ludicrous self.
View MoreI really enjoyed the film. It inspired me to visit many of the sites in Paraguay which on doing so i certainly didn't regret. The film tackles the demise of the train in Paraguay and the emotions experienced by people who remember fondly those days of "The train".The film conveys this message beautifully through stunning footage of old stations, train workshops, booking halls, overgrown train routes and bridges. The sound takes you back with many interviews with people who had very vivid memories of what the train brought to there town. A difficult subject tackled very well and a real pleasure to watch. The only negative for me is that i didn't want it to end.
