The movie's not perfect, but it sticks the landing of its message. It was engaging - thrilling at times - and I personally thought it was a great time.

If you are seeking the truth regarding aliens or Unidentified Objects, this is the answer from a Biblical perspective. Watch it with an open heart and open mind.

In reading the reviews of this movie, I think many folks really rated it more poorly than it deserves. I think the sci-fi folks are, for the most part, anti-Christian and REALLY hated that the movie didn't have the godless freak appeal of their usual fare. Now, don't get me wrong, this is no timeless treasure. It is clearly from a Christian perspective....and a pre-tribulation rapture of the church version at that.It was sci-fi lite, which is good for me. I liked the new twist on why these "abductions" & appearances were happening. It was different. Alas, if you are a hard-core sci-fi person who BELIEVES in UFO's and/or bigfoot... you will probably be offended by this movie even suggesting that you may be influenced by demons..... which you probably are.

This is a good movie to get you to think about some things you might never have thought about. I have heard this hypothesis about UFOs/aliens before, and I totally agree. While not all the acting and script is great, I thought most of the actors did a good job, better than some other Christian movies I've seen. This is more than a story about UFOs--that's definitely part of it--but the most important part of the story revolves around the gospel of Jesus Christ. The gospel is set forward in a straightforward, serious approach, which I think is needed in the film industry. There are three main characters, one an atheist or agnostic, one who begins to be unsure he is a Christian, and one who is a strong Christian. They are looking into various of UFO sightings, the atheist taking the side that they are hoaxes. Please don't reject seeing the movie because of negative reviews. I found it interesting and enjoyable. I enjoyed the behind the scenes on the DVD a lot, as well.

While the production budget for this movie was obviously not very high, the movie did present an interesting, alternative explanation for UFO's. Many may find the message uncomfortable, but it is meant to make one consider their eternal fate. Some may consider this movie to be a bit preachy, but if it is watched with an open mind, it may change a person's life. Where a person ends up when they die is an important question for all of us, and this is part of the movie's focus. The UFO aspect is explained in a biblical way, and attention is focused on the eternal. Having some knowledge of the Bible will make this movie a bit more understandable for the viewer. It is certainly not the best movie I have ever watched, but it is not the worst. I find other reviews to be interesting because many of the reviewers are offended by the Christian themes. It is funny how those who claim that Christians should be tolerant have little tolerance themselves when a Christian viewpoint is presented. We are bombarded every day by messages in movies that are not in line with Christian ideals. This movie simply presents a Christian idea about paranormal phenomena, and then presents the Christian viewpoint on eternal life. Yes, the characters are not completely realistic, the production is not awesome, and the writing is not perfect. But, all is not lost. The real gem of this movie is the very real question that it forces every viewer to make: Where do you stand with God, and not just any so called god, but where do you stand in your relationship with Jesus?
