I didn't know him at all, but I read it all before I knew it. Comedians are actually sensitive and fragile, and I still find it too painful to distill the absurdity of life with a biting eye in everyday banality.
Meet Me In Wonderland
Instead of George Carlin's hard-core irony, he strives to be the parent he wants to be, and cares about others as much as he cares about himself.
John Ross
Nearly two weeks later, when I finally saw the full version of Part 2, I laughed and cried again. Apatow did shoot something good with love in her heart, and the eulogy at the end was probably the most amazing roast I've ever seen. I can also re-watch Garry's Larry Sanders, whose Twitter has been "resurrected" as if he had never left. Well, not forgotten is not gone.
