Franklin & Bash Trailers

View All

When they're not hanging out at their favorite hot dog stand pontificating on what they'd go through to enjoy a night with their favorite female celebrities, Jared Franklin and Peter Bash are chasing down their latest clients...sometimes literally. With business cards in hand, they're ready to nab a client within seconds after a car accident, arrest for solicitation or any other incident where their legal services may be needed. Once in the courtroom, they show their flair for the dramatic and the shocking.

Franklin & Bash Audience Reviews

Solidrariol Am I Missing Something?
Beystiman It's fun, it's light, [but] it has a hard time when its tries to get heavy.
GarnettTeenage The film was still a fun one that will make you laugh and have you leaving the theater feeling like you just stole something valuable and got away with it.
Brendon Jones It’s fine. It's literally the definition of a fine movie. You’ve seen it before, you know every beat and outcome before the characters even do. Only question is how much escapism you’re looking for.
thetruth45 This show is terrible... I'm shocked at the reviews of this show being so ridiculously high (7.8). The writing and acting are both in the gutter. Usually good writing or good acting can save the other loose end but not here...neither helps the other, not even a little. Cheeseball lines from Zach Morris still trying to act like he's in saved by the bell...problem is he's now a 40-year-old attorney and this is supposed to be cool/funny? What's the demographic of this show? No 20-year old is going to find Zach Morris interesting, and no 40+ is going to find Zach Morris even remotely funny.... I'm shocked this show got picked up for a 2nd year.
butterflybaydesign One of the reviews above suggested that the fans of Boston Legal and The Practice wouldn't appreciate Franklin & Bash. I have to disagree! Boston Legal is my favorite show of all-time, and I still mourn it's demise, and when watching Franklin & Bash I keep wanting to see a BL crossover. The shows would mesh perfectly. While neither of the main characters has the 'passion' that Alan Shore displayed, they are both set to build into characters that are just as wonderful, given the chance. I really look forw3ard to seeing how this show and the characters develop. Also - Malcolm McDowell rocks!
dizzy789 I want to like this show, and it would be easy to do. The actors are great, the characters are likable, the premise is silly but enjoyable. But the writers are terrible at writing for women characters. I get the impression that the writers enjoy women, and even respect them, but don't understand them at all. I would hate to see this otherwise highly enjoyable show fail because the writing for the female characters is so ridiculous that it makes watching it unpleasant. The actresses themselves are great. I hope they get some really good female writers or at least more mature male writers to help this show out. The exception seems to be Carmen Phillips, who is played by Dana Davis. She is the only female character who seems like she could be an actual person.
bkoganbing Ever since Saved By The Bell Mark-Paul Gosselaar has been trying to land a really long lasting winning series. This man is determined to shred Zack Morris's image to pieces. But he might have returned to Zack with Franklin & Bash because watching it I got the impression of Zack getting the seven year itch and divorcing Kelly. Of course he's now become a lawyer and has an equally quirky partner in Breckin Mayer. The two are picked up by F. Lee Bailey like lawyer for his firm after they win a big case. These two have a style that will have them flirting with disbarment every week. It's not bad, but there is a personal disappointment for me in that I so hoped that Gosselaar's previous series Raising The Bar would do better. After two seasons it was canceled and that was a really good legal show.If it finds an audience all well and good, but I'd hate to think that Mark-Paul had to return to Zack Morris for success.
