good back-story, and good acting
Tells a fascinating and unsettling true story, and does so well, without pretending to have all the answers.

View MoreIt is a whirlwind of delight --- attractive actors, stunning couture, spectacular sets and outrageous parties.
View MoreWhy have they not renewed this series? This is one of the best series that's been on TV since Breaking Bad! I love it!TNT - RENEW THIS SERIES! YOU GUYS ARE IDIOTS IF YOU DON'T!I'm just gonna say; if you don't renew this series, I personally will not ever watch anything on TNT ever again! Period!
View MoreIf you like stories of con artists, please go check out the show Imposters. That's a way better show than this one. I got really bored with this one; the writing is very plain and too easy.
View MoreAny story built on one stupid choice after another isn't building ...it is just jerking the viewer around.
View MoreShe has put aside her musical Oxbridge accent for the nasal twang of the Valley (an American accent, but definitely not mid-Atlantic where the action is). She's actually a wonderful actress, with emotions telegraphing mostly from the eyes and mouth, more than the dialogue, which is just OK. It's a fantastic show, with fun opportunities for dressing up, high-end heists and contract hits. I was put in mind of Audrey H. swanning through How To Steal A Million, but now with an even cuter boyfriend. The stories are a notch edgier than typical TV fare: bet you never thought you'd see Lady Mary smoking crack with a light bulb. My recommendation to Michelle Dockery, however, is get to work right away on the Patty Hearst story. She looks like her twin and already has the accent. From tabloid heiress to "Tania," the tale has Oscar written all over it.
