a film so unique, intoxicating and bizarre that it not only demands another viewing, but is also forgivable as a satirical comedy where the jokes eventually take the back seat.

While it is a pity that the story wasn't told with more visual finesse, this is trivial compared to our real-world problems. It takes a good movie to put that into perspective.

Strong acting helps the film overcome an uncertain premise and create characters that hold our attention absolutely.

Murder had real cases revisited by Mostly 18-30 year old photogenic versions of "Real" people. The teams should have been assigned with clear cut leaders instead of being let loose to argue and be scolded like children. Tommy L, the Real detective, was quick to step in and point out how much time was wasted. Maybe if this series got a while longer to be fully fleshed out and people that were actually NOT pulled from "I wanna be a reality TV star" it might still be running today. This is worth consideration by mystery buffs and those looking for tips on what to improve but even with their attempts it was never mainstream material. The idea of using proceeds to help the victims families was the best part for me.

When I saw the first episode of "Murder" I was absolutely blown away. After every commercial my heart was beating faster and faster, waiting for answers to show up.The crimes they have to solve are very brutal and very gruesome and explicit and very disturbing. This show is definitely not for the faint of heart. The show is very suspenseful in many ways: Number One: The put the commercials at the right times, to make you wonder what's going to happen next...to make your heart beat faster and your brain think more and more.Number Two: You want to solve the crime and find out what really happened.Number Three: There are many varieties of crimes and murders and it's just interesting to see how one differs from another.I would recommend this to anyone, but not to people with weak stomachs. If this was a movie, I'd rate it: PG-13: Explicit Images of Crime Scenes and Brutal Murders, and for Language
