Most undeservingly overhyped movie of all time??
everything you have heard about this movie is true.
View MoreIt's funny, it's tense, it features two great performances from two actors and the director expertly creates a web of odd tension where you actually don't know what is happening for the majority of the run time.
View MoreEach character in this movie — down to the smallest one — is an individual rather than a type, prone to spontaneous changes of mood and sometimes amusing outbursts of pettiness or ill humor.
View MoreThis has been one of the best TV series I have seen in a long time. It brings an A list cast that keeps me tuning in. This show has been filled with excitement, and many twists and turns to keep the viewer on the edge of their seat. It is so realistic especially for large cities where corruption in police departments often occur. Sad to see this show ending after only season 3. Please tell me the producers can keep this show on NBC or maybe they can pitch to other network? Iove this show!!
View MoreMy husband and I have watched this series from the very beginning. Story started out great but the writers must be running out of idea's!!! Story is starting to get REAL BORING!!!
View MoreThis show got me in very quickly. It's fast paced and makes you want to keep watching. Lopez & Liotta play there parts very well. If you liked the police drama The Shield then you will enjoy this. I've seen Lopez in a few chick flicks and she played her parts well. This roll is a whole new bad girl part for her, of which I think, she has been very impressive. Liotta plays the part of this Loyal but bad old Detective that you don't get on the wrong side of - Lt Wozniac. So give it a try.
View MoreAs an obsessive watcher of the crime/police TV show genre, I love Shades of Blue because it's edgy, unpredictable, and the acting is excellent. Lopez and Liotta bring depth to their characters, which helps strengthen plot and suspense. It doesn't seem like the writers are only one step ahead of each show, like so many other shows. Consistently engaging and exciting.
