ridiculous rating

This movie was so-so. It had it's moments, but wasn't the greatest.

All of these films share one commonality, that being a kind of emotional center that humanizes a cast of monsters.

Story: It's very simple but honestly that is fine.

Now if you watch/view this movie with "sentimental eyes", than you might enjoy this more. Also if you do weigh in the fact that it was made in a time, when it wasn't easy to come by nudity, you also will vote a bit more in favor of it. But time hasn't been good to the movie. It did not age well. There are a few very good and funny scenes here, but overall it has lost a lot of its "magic".There is nudity and there is a lot of foul jokes in there. It was obviously inspired by "Porkys" and other sex teen comedies. They don't deny that, they actually embrace it, if you watch the interviews on the disc. There's also a special from a website that is covering nudity in movies. For them, the movie is in the "Hall of fame" ... of teen comedies that is.

This movie is the Canadian version of "Porky's", only sexier. The cast is set quite similar to "Porky's". With one exception. These guys have got to be slick, or else. In the beginning, everyone who trusted this princess got busted "on the spot"! What a pity. However, revenge is always in the mix, and these guys are very persistent in getting even. Some of these cast members are new to me, the plot is quite similar to "Porky's". Except the bowling alley. Everyone gets to participate in "Strip Bowling". It was real funny when the dorky guy got a bowling ball stuck on his "thing". Talking about singing soprano! Everything else trying to get it off was more drastic than helping, except when the ladies got him hot, and then STRIKE! Talk about he scores, HAHAHA! Able to get the last laugh on the culprit, this movie ended in a flash! HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!!!!!!!!!!!! If you like "Porky's", you'll love "Screwballs" just as well. Rating 3 out of 5 stars!

A raucous, stupid teen sex comedy that's rather bearable, if you start watching it knowing more or less what to expect. Short on laughs and genuine eroticism, to be sure, but voyeurs may still be pleased, since there's a load of nudity. Nevertheless, it's a generally inoffensive picture. (*1/2)

This movie has some funny moments and some cool characters. but this movie is to much like Porky's and is not on the ball that much. This is just capitalizing on the teen sex craze of the 80's and watching it in the 90's is a little hard to stomach!
